This is an excellent opportunity to work behind the scenes of major theatre productions, touring shows and live events, transporting specialist equipment safely across the UK. Requirements:
- A valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence.
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tacho Card.
- No more than 6 penalty points.
- Previous Class 1 tramping experience is preferred.
- Experience securing loads and transporting valuable equipment is advantageous.
- A professional, reliable approach with excellent customer service skills.
- Saturday to Monday each week.
- Nights out required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport theatre and live event equipment to venues across the UK.
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and ensure compliance with all driving regulations.
- Secure loads correctly and ensure equipment arrives in excellent condition.
- Work closely with production teams and venue staff, providing a professional service at every location.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
