Job Title: HGV Class 2 Driver (Pallets)Type: Temporary to Permanent Salary: £33,930 per annum Location: Chichester Start Date: Immediate We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 (Cat C) Driver to join our customer, a well-established business based near Chichester. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for an experienced Class 2 driver who is looking for a stable, long-term position delivering palletised goods to customers across the South coast. If you’re a reliable and professional driver with previous experience delivering pallets and providing excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you! Requirements: Valid Class 2 (HGV/LGV, Category C) driving licence Valid CPC and Tacho Card Previous commercial driving experience Previous experience delivering palletised goods is essential Good knowledge of Chichester and surrounding areas would be advantageous Excellent customer service and communication skills Physically fit, as some manual handling will be involved Reliable, professional and safety-conscious approach to work Key Responsibilities: Safely load, transport and deliver palletised goods to customers Carry out deliveries to customers across Chichester and surrounding areas Ensure goods are delivered safely and securely Assist with loading and unloading where required Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects Provide excellent customer service at each delivery Ensure all relevant paperwork and delivery documentation is completed correctly Comply with all company, road safety and transport regulations Benefits: £33,930 per annum salary (once permanent) Competitive hourly rate of £18.50ph (Umbrella) whilst through the agency Regular local and surrounding-area deliveries Opportunity to join a friendly and professional team Support from our experienced recruitment team throughout the process If this sounds like the opportunity for you, then apply now or feel free to give us a call on , or email .
