This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HGV driver looking for a long-term role with overtime opportunities and performance-based bonuses.
Permanent Position | Overtime Available | Tanker Services
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday – 42.5 hours per week
Start and finish times vary depending on business needs: 06:00 – 15:00
06:30 – 15:30
07:00 – 16:00
07:30 – 16:30
08:00 – 17:00
08:30 – 17:30 The Role: Operate vacuum tanker vehicles safely and efficiently
Remove waste from customer sites and deliver non-potable water
Service portable toilets, welfare units, and effluent tanks where required
Carry out vehicle checks and basic maintenance duties
Complete all paperwork and digital records accurately using handheld systems
Ensure high standards of customer service and health & safety compliance
Work occasional weekends, nights out, and overtime in line with business requirements
Maintain vehicles, pumps, hoses, and equipment to a high standard Pay & Benefits: £33,000 – £34,000 annual salary
Overtime paid at time and a half
Annual performance-based bonus (not guaranteed)
22 days holiday, increasing to 25 days after 3 years’ service
Option to buy up to 5 additional holiday days
Annual salary review
Permanent, full-time opportunity What You’ll Need: Full UK Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tacho cards
At least 1 year of HGV driving experience
Previous vacuum tanker experience preferred
Clean licence preferred
