Pay & Bonus
- £37,755 basic salary
- £1,000 Loyalty Bonus paid after successful completion of probation followed by a regular monthly performance bonus.

- 04:00 start based on 45 hours a week with 1 in 6 weekend work
The Role
- Driving Class 2 refuse vehicles on planned Brighton routes
- Working with a crew or single crewed completing refuse and recycling collections
- Physical work, including getting in and out of the vehicle regularly
- Driving safely in tight streets and busy areas
- Keeping the vehicle and equipment in good condition
What You’ll Need
- Category C (Class 2) licence
- Valid CPC & Digi card
- Comfortable with early starts and physical work
- Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
Desirable: RO-RO experience (not essential)
