The Opportunity

Due to increased demand, Driver Hire Bridgwater is looking for ambitious Sales Executives who enjoy meeting clients, building long-term relationships, and delivering practical business solutions for recruitment.

We are a locally run, award‑winning office with the backing of a nationally established brand with over 40 years’ history. You’ll work with a wide range of local businesses across multiple sectors, offering tailored solutions that genuinely add value.

The Role

• Primarily office-based, with local client visits when required
• Meet local businesses across the region to understand their operations and staffing challenges
• Identify workforce requirements and offer tailored recruitment solutions
• Build long‑term partnerships using a consultative, relationship‑led sales approach
• Network locally, generate your own leads, and develop new business opportunities
• Manage your own pipeline of leads and opportunities from first contact through to placement
• Win new business while growing and maintaining existing client relationships

This is a relationship‑led, solution‑based sales role — not hard selling.

About You

• You enjoy meeting clients and building lasting business relationships
• Don’t shy away from networking, generating your own leads, and managing a sales pipeline
• You’re motivated by results, commission, and long‑term progression
• You take pride in doing sales the right way — consultative, honest, and value‑driven
• Sales experience is an advantage, but attitude, drive, and relationship‑building skills matter most
• A full UK driving licence is required
