What You’ll Be Doing
- Business Development & Client Growth: Proactively identifying and converting new B2B opportunities within the transport and logistics industry; generating a strong sales pipeline through structured outbound activity, networking, and market research; conducting targeted telephone sales, virtual meetings, and face-to-face client visits to understand business needs and present Driver Hire solutions.
- Account Management: Managing and strengthening relationships with our established client portfolio; understanding each customer’s operational challenges and identifying where Driver Hire can add value; gathering client requirements and seamlessly handing them over to our experienced recruitment team.
- Commercial Focus: Negotiating commercial terms, rates, and service agreements; achieving revenue targets and contributing to branch performance; spotting opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term account growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in a service-led or consultative sales environment.
