Driver Hire Taunton & Bridgwater are currently recruiting Class 1 HGV C+E Drivers to work with a number of fantastic local clients in and around the Bridgwater area. We have a range of opportunities available, including ongoing work and temp-to-perm roles for successful candidates.
The Role
- Driving Class 1 articulated vehicles safely and professionally
- Completing deliveries and collections for a variety of local clients
- Carrying out vehicle checks before and after each shift
- Ensuring paperwork is completed accurately
- Providing a reliable and professional service to customers and clients
- Following all road transport and health & safety regulations

Requirements
- A valid Class 1 HGV C+E licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred
- A professional and reliable approach
- Good knowledge of driver hours and working time regulations
- No more than 6 penalty points on your licence, with no DD, DR or IN endorsements
