Driver Hire is currently recruiting an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver with IPAF 1B certification for an established client based in Bradford.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced driver looking for a temp-to-perm position, with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for HGV Class 2 driving duties alongside operating IPAF 1B equipment as required.
The role may involve:
- HGV Class 2 driving
- Operating IPAF 1B equipment
- Deliveries and collections
- Loading and unloading
- Ensuring all equipment is operated safely and correctly
- Completing vehicle and equipment checks
- Maintaining a professional standard when dealing with customers
- Working safely in accordance with company procedures
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years’ HGV driving experience
- Minimum 1 year’s IPAF 1B operating experience
- Valid HGV Class 2 licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Valid IPAF 1B certification
- A reliable and professional approach
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong commitment to health and safety
