Pay Rates & Shift Patterns

  • Rotating 4-over-7 Shift Pattern – £16.22 per hour
  • Week 1 Tuesday to Friday 06:00 – 15:45
  • Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday 06:00 – 15:45
  • Monday–Thursday Pattern – £14.85 per hour 06:00 – 15:45 or 07:00 – 16:45

About the Role

We are seeking 4 C1 Waste Management Drivers to join our client in Antrim. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient collection and transportation of waste materials while adhering to all relevant regulations and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate C1 vehicles for waste collection and disposal.
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Carry out daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records.
  • Deliver excellent customer service during collections.

Requirements

  • Valid C1 driving licence.
  • Minimum 2 years’ driving experience (required for insurance purposes).
  • Valid Driver CPC qualification.
  • Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Previous waste management or similar driving experience is desirable.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and maintain excellent timekeeping.
