Every day is different, bringing new conversations, new challenges and new wins What you'll be doing: Sourcing, screening and placing candidates into temporary and permanent roles Building strong relationships with customers, candidates, recruiting partners and our local network Making outbound calls, handling inbound enquiries and managing a busy call flow Visiting local businesses to understand their needs and strengthen partnerships Working towards clear targets with the support of a collaborative, experienced team Managing your own 360 desk with energy, ownership and ambition Who we're looking for: Recruitment experience is not essential - we'll train you.

What matters is your drive, personality and willingness to learn.
