We are currently recruiting for an experienced and organised Office Administrator to join a busy and growing organisation based in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple tasks while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Hours: 40 hours per week, working hours between 7:00am and 5:00pm
Pay: £14.36 per hour + any overtime paid at time and a half.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily office operations
- Managing administrative processes and office systems
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting colleagues across multiple departments
- Travelling to other centres/sites for training and support when required
- Handling correspondence, reports, and general office administration
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent computer literacy, including Microsoft Office packages
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- High standards of numeracy and literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to other centres for training
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
