Driver Hire Southampton is offering a fantastic opportunity for Class 2 drivers to step into the highly sought-after world of HIAB driving. If you’ve held your Class 2 licence for at least a year, we’ll support you with training and help you level up your career. This is the perfect role if you want to increase your earning potential and gain valuable new skills.
The Role
- Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays available)
- Start time: 7:00am
- 8-10 hour shifts
- Multi-drop deliveries of builders' merchant materials
- Delivering to residential sites & construction projects
- Completing delivery paperwork accurately
- Some manual handling and lifting involved
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK Class 2 (Cat C) licence
- Valid CPC & Digi Tacho card
- Minimum 1 year Class 2 experience (required for HIAB training)
- Multi-drop experience (preferred but not essential)
- Own transport to get to different work locations
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
- Good understanding of health & safety practices
