Class 2 (Cat C) Driver – Temp to Perm Opportunity!

Location: Southampton area

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am-3:30pm (with overtime available)

Duration: 12-week temp to perm

Driver Hire Winchester has a fantastic opportunity for both experienced and newly qualified Class 2 drivers to join a respected business within the wholesale industry. Whether you\’re looking for a new challenge or starting your HGV career, we\’d love to hear from you!

The Role:

• Delivering customer orders to independent convenience stores and petrol forecourts
• Handling multidrop deliveries – a mix of cages and pallets
• Loading and unloading using tail lifts and pump trucks
• Ensuring all goods are delivered safely on time, and with great customer service

What You\’ll Need:

• Full UK Class 2 licence, valid CPC and Tacho card
• Good timekeeping and a professional attitude
• Own transport (due to the client\’s location)
• Confidence using tail lifts, pump trucks, and ratchet straps
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Newly qualified drivers are welcome!
