Overview
We are looking for a Class 2 HGV Driver for steel deliveries using a flatbed Class 2 vehicle with a rolling roof.
Pay: £15.69 P/H - £19 P/H
Working pattern: Mon-Fri, 6am start
Job and Knock: Guaranteed 8 hour minimum pay
Responsibilities:
- Driving a flatbed Class 2 HGV
- Delivering steel products
- Securing loads using straps only (no chains) due to the delicate nature of the products
- Ensuring loads are safe, secure, and protected
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 licence
- CPC
- Tachograph card
- Understanding of load security using straps
Good to know:
- Experience with steel and flatbeds is preferred
- Training can be provided if needed
