Class 2 HIAB Driver £17.37 per hour + overtime rates
Driver Hire are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading plant and machinery hire business, based in Appleton Thorn. Our well established client, recognised across the industry for their consistent quality and service, are looking to add a class 2 HIAB driver to their team for a period of at least 6 weeks.
The ideal candidate must have an ALLMI accredited, or similar, HIAB licence, as well as at least 3 months HIAB experience under their belt.
Your job role will be a versatile, but vitally important position within the logistics division of the company. You will be responsible for delivering and collecting mobile welfare units, usually visiting construction sites and other businesses, using a 7.5T vehicle to tow them. In addition to the above, you will also be required to help distribute temporary accommodation units, using a lorry mounted crane (HIAB) during deliveries and collections.
All work is carried out Monday to Friday, from 7am until 3:30pm. There will also be overtime opportunities available during busy periods of the year.
