Driver Hire Uxbridge are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 (CAT C) MOFFETT Drivers, for our client, a building materials supplier in Harmondsworth UB7
This role is on a temporary adhoc basis - shifts are not always guaranteed
PAYE £23 p/h (holiday pay included)
Monday to Friday 6am starts
Duties of a Class 2 MOFFETT Driver:
- Drive Class 2 vehicles to deliver plasterboard and insulation to customers.
- Transport materials safely and efficiently from branch locations to customer sites.
- Operate a MOFFETT forklift to load and unload deliveries.
- Ensure all loads are secured and handled in line with health and safety procedures.
- Provide a professional and reliable delivery service to customers.
- Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate delivery documentation.
- Represent the company positively while delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements of a Class 2 MOFFETT Driver:
- Valid UK Driving licence with Class 2 category
- Valid CPC and TACHO card
- MOFFETT Certification
- 1 years+ experience in a MOFFETT role
- Age 25+ years (insurance purposes)
- Excellent verbal and written English skills to interact with customers and team members
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards
