Hours: Monday 9:30am to 15.00pm Tuesday 10:30am to 16.00pm, Wednesday 10:30am to 16.00pm , Thursday 10:30am to 16.00pm (20 hours per week)

In this role, you will help keep our office running smoothly by managing payroll, invoicing, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a great opportunity to develop your administrative skills within a respected national brand.
Key Responsibilities

Process weekly payroll accurately using our bespoke payroll systems

Manage invoicing and account administration

Handle client queries and ensure accounts are compliant and up to date

Support the team with general admin and office duties

Use technology to improve efficiency and accuracy

Build strong working relationships with clients and candidates in the TW postcode and Heathrow area
Skills & Experience

Previous experience in administration or payroll is desirable but not essential

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Confident communication and interpersonal skills

Good IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly

Highly organised with good time management skills

Proactive and positive can–do attitude
