We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Delivery Driver with Driver Hire Twickenham and Heathrow. Our client, a leading national dairy, is looking for a Milk Delivery Driver to deliver fresh milk and local produce to residential customers on a set route.
As a Night Milk Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for timely deliveries, loading and unloading crates, and ensuring your customers receive their orders by the 8 AM guaranteed delivery time. You will be working with an electric milk float and following a set delivery route.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver milk and local produce to customers on a pre-assigned route.
- Ensure deliveries are made on time and meet customer expectations.
- Load and unload delivery vehicle; must be comfortable lifting up to 25kg crates.
- Maintain Health and Safety and Food Hygiene standards (training provided).
- Complete approximately 160 deliveries per night.
- Provide excellent customer service at each stop.
- Maximum 6 points on your driving license.
- Previous experience in delivery driving or night work is advantageous, but not essential.
- Comfortable working independently, at night, and meeting physical demands.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
