We are recruiting an experienced Category B Van Driver for ongoing food delivery work across South Devon. You’ll be delivering food products to restaurants on a multi-drop route, working Tuesday to Saturday with a 02:00 start. This is ongoing work with regular shifts and the potential to become a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving a Category B delivery van
  • Completing multi-drop food deliveries to restaurants
  • Loading, transporting and delivering products safely
  • Carrying out vehicle checks before and after each shift
  • Ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and on time
  • Maintaining delivery paperwork where required
  • Providing professional customer service at delivery locations
  • Following road transport legislation and company procedures
  • Reporting any delays, delivery issues or vehicle defects promptly

Requirements

To be considered for this Van Driver role, you will need:

  • Full UK Category B driving licence
  • No more than 6 penalty points
  • Previous multi-drop delivery experience
  • Reliable and professional approach to work
  • Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday
  • Ability to start work at 02:00
  • Own transport to travel to the client's site for the early start
  • Good knowledge of safe loading and delivery practices

Previous experience delivering food products and knowledge of South Devon routes would be advantageous.
