Key Responsibilities:
- Installing windows and doors across new-build residential developments to a consistently high standard.
- Taking accurate measurements and ensuring correct fitting, sealing, and alignment on every installation.
- Using handheld and power tools safely and in line with on-site health and safety requirements.
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards at all times.
- Working effectively alongside your installation partner and liaising with other trades on site as required.
- Completing job records accurately and reporting any defects or issues promptly to the relevant contact.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Proven, hands-on experience installing casement windows; vertical sliders; bi-fold doors; sliding patio doors; French doors and sidelights; and composite front doors.
- A background in window and door fitting, glazing, carpentry, or a closely related construction trade.
- The ability to work reliably and productively as part of a two-person installation team.
- A full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
- An NVQ in Fenestration Installation or equivalent qualification.
- A valid CSCS card.
