To support the GXO/B&Q Store to Home Contract to deliver the customer proposition by maintaining & facilitating same day operations; including legal and operational standards and objectives for nominated operational areas and also working with Operational Team colleagues to ensure successful delivery of customer proposition.

Summary Responsibilities:
- Support all aspects of same-day execution activities to manage/recover/maintain operational coverage for the STH contract
- Input GXO Fastworks platform incidents, data gathering, record creation and maintenance and output inline with declared company timelines
- Ongoing maintenance and upkeep of operational databases and records to ensure all colleague details are up to date and accurate
- Oversight and reaction to following day scheduled activity. Escalate and resolve issues as needed.
- Creation, population and publication of daily operational handover and situation reports
- Managing all aspects of vehicle hire-de-hire record keeping and publication
- Responsible for operational support activities and ancillary tasks to facilitate the operation (e.g. Uniform ordering/booking taxis for colleagues)
- Responsible for entering all schedule amendment requests to facilitate PMI/Repair processes
- Managing colleagues' records and details within operational planning/tracking systems
- Entering safety observation records & working practice observations into system (e.g. Care cards/CCTV)
- Creation of store visit information/KPI/Packs for publication to Ops Managers
- Publication of nominated documents and details to nominated store/location teams. (e.g. rotas)
- First point of contact for absence reporting/record keeping activities
- Maintenance of operational telematics records/screens. Audit accuracy and elevate as needed
- Attend regular staff/Management meetings as required
- Support change initiatives across the STH contract
- Any other reasonable request
General:
- Working on self or team initiative, introduce new ways of working to improve, promote and share engagement initiatives, Toolboxes talks.
- Encourage/record and report Continuous improvement Ideas on site across all shifts.
- To undertake any training and development required to maintain effectiveness in the role.
- To achieve and maintain professional standards across all aspects of the role
- To carry out all required duties within the scope of all relevant SOP's & SSOW.
