Looking for a rewarding driving role with excellent pay, regular weekday work, and a generous bonus? Driver Hire is recruiting Class 2 (Category C) ADR Category 2 Gas Drivers on behalf of our client, based in Newbury. If you already hold the required licences, you could start immediately. You'll receive 4 days of paid classroom training, followed by comprehensive 2-3 weeks on-the-job training, giving you all the support you need to succeed in the role.

  • Monday to Friday work
  • 07:00 start times

  • Ongoing work with a leading national supplier
  • Full training provided before you begin

Pay & Benefits

  • £16.94 per hour for the first 42.5 hours each week (Monday to Friday)
  • £25.41 per hour for all hours worked over 42.5 and for weekend shifts
  • Option to have 12.07% holiday pay added to your hourly rate
  • Performance bonus of up to £1,000, paid every six months

  • Valid Category C (Class 2) driving licence
  • Valid ADR Licence - Category 2 (Gases)
  • Valid Driver CPC qualification
  • Valid Digital Tachograph Card
  • No more than 6 penalty points
