We are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver on behalf of a well-established timber company based in Stanford in the Vale. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term prospects for the right candidate.
The Role
- Delivering timber products to customers and sites
- Ensuring safe and timely deliveries
- Completing vehicle checks and maintaining compliance with transport regulations
- Providing excellent customer service during deliveries
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Start time: 05:30
- Finish time: 15:00
- Minimum of 8 hours paid per shift
Pay Rate
£16.25 PAYE ADV per hour
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' Class 2 (Category C) driving experience (required for insurance purposes)
- Maximum of 3 penalty points on licence
- Valid Category C (Class 2) licence
- Valid Driver CPC qualification card
- Valid Digital Tachograph card
