We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Class 2 Recycling & Waste Driver to join a well-established waste and recycling operation based in Calne, Wiltshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Driver who is looking for regular, local work with the opportunity to move into a permanent position.
You will be working as part of a friendly and supportive collection team, carrying out waste and recycling collections across the local area. Previous experience within the waste, recycling or refuse sector would be an advantage, although this is not essential. We are particularly interested in drivers who are reliable, professional and take pride in carrying out their work safely and efficiently.
The Role
As a Class 2 Recycling & Waste Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a Class 2 HGV and completing scheduled waste and recycling collections. The role involves a combination of driving and physical work, so candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and assisting with collection duties where necessary.
