Due to our client’s continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join their friendly and busy production team.
Key Responsibilities
- MIG welding and fabrication of sheet metal components.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Fabricating and assembling products to required specifications.
- Safely operating workshop machinery and equipment, including:
- Grinders
- Pillar drills
- Combi-drills
- Maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety.
- Supporting the wider production team as required.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Strong MIG welding skills.
- Sheet metal fabrication experience.
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
- Experience operating grinders, pillar drills, and combi-drills safely.
- Positive attitude with a hands-on and flexible approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Desirable
- Current welding coding/certifications (preferred but not essential).
