Our client is an international company that requires overnight Class 2 drivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport goods and materials to various locations doing 2 day shifts requiring an overnight stay.
- You will be driving a sleeper truck.
- Ensure the safe and secure loading and unloading of items.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle logs.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients.
- Excellent paperwork management, remaining contactable at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class 2 Driver license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in overnight or long-haul driving.
- Strong knowledge of local and regional roadways.
- Ability to work independently and handle overnight schedules.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical capability to handle loading and unloading tasks.
