Forklift Driver

We are currently recruiting for a Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and well-established company on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term work in a stable and supportive environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift truck to move goods, load and unload deliveries, and assist with general warehouse or yard duties as required. You\’ll be part of a team that works together to ensure smooth operations and timely handling of stock and materials. Key Responsibilities: Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently Loading and unloading vehicles Moving stock and materials around the site Assisting with general duties such as tidying, packing, or basic maintenance Following health and safety procedures at all times Requirements: Valid Forklift Counterbalance Licence Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Ability to start between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM and work a 9.5-hour shift Good time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure Strong team player with a positive attitude PPE is required (e.g., safety boots, high-vis, gloves) This role offers the potential for a permanent position after a successful temporary period.
