We are looking for a motivated and responsible Lorry Loader who holds a valid ALLMI HIAB C5+E certificate to cover our clients' peak period. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods while maintaining a high standard of customer service. We need a Class 2 HIAB driver from 24th July until 8th August.

Job Responsibilities:

  • 24 months HIAB driving experience
  • Safely operate the Lorry equipped with a remote HIAB crane.
  • Load and unload materials using the HIAB following the safety regulations.
  • Transport goods in a timely manner.
  • Secure and unload cargo using the HIAB crane in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, maintaining a strong commitment to safety.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.
  • Start time 6:00 am.

Job Requirements:

  • Valid HIAB certificate from ALLMI C5+E
  • Previous experience as a lorry driver
  • Full and clean driving license.
  • No more than 6 penalty points
  • Strong understanding of road safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Dark pants
  • High viz jacket
  • Steel toe capped boots
  • PPE must be worn on assignment

Benefits:

  • Flexible working hours
  • Weekly pay (in arrears) £19.83 per hour incl hol pay
  • £29.74 per hour for Saturdays
