About our Van Driving roles

• AD HOC work (0 hours contract)
• Monday to Friday as well as some weekends
• Multidrop delivery work (builders\’ merchants, electrical suppliers, blood sample deliveries, hot meal deliveries- DBS essential and many more!)
• Deliveries may vary depending on our clients\’ requirements
• Start times between 6:00am and 8:00am
• Local deliveries around Hampshire and the South Coast as well as long distance runs

What we are looking for

• Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months
• Fantastic time keeping and good when working under pressure
• Great understanding of manual handling and heavy lifting due to the nature of some of the roles
• Own transport to commute to and from work
• Strapping experience is beneficial as well as previous experience in a multidrop
• Flexibility
• DBS check essential for some of our positions

Driver Hire is an agency which provides staff cover to a range of companies within the local area. As we have such a variety of work on offer, we can accommodate those only wishing to work the odd day here or there or indeed on a more full-time basis.
