Driver Hire Southampton is actively seeking Class 2 HIAB Drivers to work with our clients in the builders' merchant sector. Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time, or ad-hoc work, we offer flexible opportunities to match your needs.

The Role:
- Start time: 7:00am, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays)
- 8-10 hour working days
- Multidrop deliveries of building materials
- Deliveries to residential addresses and construction sites in and around Southampton
- Operating a HIAB with brick grab attachment
- Completing paperwork accurately
- Manual handling and heavy lifting may be involved
What We're Looking For:
- UK Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tacho card
- HIAB licence (brick grab)
- Ideally 6 months of Class 2 driving experience (newly qualified drivers welcome)
- Previous multidrop experience is advantageous
- Own transport for commuting
- Strong timekeeping, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to follow health and safety procedures
