Driver Hire Southampton is currently seeking a Class 2 driver to join our team for a delivery role with our client. The position involves transporting drinks and snacks to airport lounges.
Our client is looking for an individual with excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle tasks with patience and professionalism. Successful candidates will be required to undergo security and DBS checks.
The role:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am-8:30am start times (on average a 10 hour day)
- 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity
- Deliveries on cages, with a driver's mate assisting with loading/unloading
- Security and DBS checks required

You'll need:
- Full UK Cat C licence
- Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
- Class 2 experience preferred, but newly qualified drivers welcome

- 5 years' continuous employment history
- Own transport
- Good communication and timekeeping
- Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
