Warehouse Operative to join one of our well-established and growing clients.

Andover area at the start of 2027 .
This role is therefore particularly suited to candidates who are based in the Winchester/Andover area or those with their own transport and are happy to travel to the new location.

The Role
You will initially join the business within the packing department , learning the operation from the ground up and gaining a thorough understanding of the company's products and processes.
Your responsibilities will include
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Booking in deliveries and checking incoming goods.
- Preparing orders for dispatch.
- Organising and replenishing warehouse stock.
- Carrying out regular stock counts and inventory checks.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse.
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily targets.
- Following company procedures and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Taking on additional responsibilities as you develop within the business.
Working hours
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00-18:00
Following relocation
- Monday to Friday
- 09:00-18:00
- Salary & Benefits
- Monthly performance-related bonus after three months.
