About the Role:
- Monday to Friday work with occasional Saturdays
- 7:00am start time
- Typical shifts of 8-10 hours
- Multi-drop deliveries of builders' merchant materials
- Deliveries to residential properties and construction sites across Southampton and surrounding areas
- Ensuring delivery paperwork is completed accurately
- Some manual handling and heavy lifting may be required
Driver Requirements:
- Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence
- CPC and Digi Tacho card
- One year Class 2 driving experience is essential to qualify for HIAB training
- Multi-drop delivery experience beneficial
- Own transport required due to varying client locations
- Strong timekeeping and communication skills
- Professional approach with excellent customer service
- Ability to follow health and safety procedures
