This opportunity would suit someone who is organised, methodical and able to work accurately in a warehouse environment, following strict procedures when handling sensitive paperwork. Key Responsibilities Sorting, organising and preparing medical documents for scanning. Scanning documents accurately using electronic scanning equipment. Checking scanned documents to ensure they are clear, complete and correctly processed. Maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive medical information. Following data protection procedures and workplace guidelines. Organising paperwork and maintaining a clean, tidy working area. Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets. Supporting general warehouse duties as required. Requirements Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Ability to follow instructions and established procedures. Reliable, punctual and professional attitude. Comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks requiring accuracy and concentration. Previous warehouse, document handling or scanning experience would be advantageous but is not essential. PPE Requirements Steel toe-capped safety boots are essential and must be worn on site.
