Delivery Driver Wanted - Pharmaceutical Deliveries Temp to Perm Opportunity | Immediate Starts Available. Driver Hire Southampton is recruiting on behalf of one of our long-standing and highly respected clients, a leading pharmaceutical distributor based in the Southampton area. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join their growing team, delivering essential medical products to pharmacies and hospitals across Hampshire. You will play a vital role in ensuring life-saving supplies reach their destinations safely and on time. Full 1-day paid training and assessment will be provided, so you will feel confident and supported from day one.
The Role:
- 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity
- Monday to Saturday (6 days per week)
- 45-50 hours per week
- Start time: 07:00 AM
- 40-50 multi-drop deliveries per day
- Delivering pharmaceutical products
- Loading your van at the depot
- Completing delivery paperwork accurately
- Working to set delivery time slots
What We Are Looking For:
- Full UK driving licence (held for at least 1 year)
- Multi-drop experience preferred (but not essential)
- Clean driving licence (no DD or DR endorsements)
- Own transport to commute to work
- Reliable, punctual, and well organised
- Friendly manner with strong customer service skills
