We at Driver Hire Slough are currently recruiting for 7.5T (C1) drivers for a number of our well established clients who regularly require experienced drivers. Our clients look for drivers who enjoy working in fast-paced environments, which at times does require elements of manual handling and loading and offloading merchandise.
WHO ARE OUR CLIENTS?
- With a number of various contracts we work with well established clients
- Clients who are within the tool distribution sector, wood material distributions and household goods to name a few
- Drops and collections ranging averagely from 4 to 8 a day
Responsibilities:
- Loading and offloading of equipment
- Securing and strapping down the equipment
- Assuring deliveries are made in accordance to the logistic timing set by the management
- Able to maintain a good customer service as representatives for the clients
Qualities we are looking for in you:
- Reliable
- Trustworthy
- Be a team player
- Good interpersonal skills
- Have a valid, clean, and full UK license
- Valid CPC and Tacho
- Full 5 Year employment history with no more than 28-day gaps in employment
