Are you an experienced Class 2 HIAB Driver looking for work in South Yorkshire? Driver Hire Sheffield are currently recruiting for a Remote HIAB Driver to work with a well-established Builders Merchant in Sheffield. Commutable from: Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Chesterfield and Doncaster.
Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour Weekly PAYE (8 Hour Minimum + Rate Increase due in April)
About the Role
- Delivering builders' merchant materials to residential customers and trade sites
- Completing deliveries across Sheffield and surrounding areas
- Loading and unloading goods using a Remote HIAB crane
- Driving safely and professionally while representing the client
- Ensuring all delivery paperwork and documentation is completed correctly
- Providing a high level of customer service when dealing with customers on site
Requirements
- Class 2 (Category C) licence with minimum 2 years driving experience
- Valid CPC and Digital Tacho Card
- HIAB licence - Remote (ALLMI or equivalent)
- Maximum 6 points (insurance purposes)
- Reliable, honest and with a strong work ethic
- Good communication and customer service skills
