Are you an experienced 7.5 Tonne Driver, looking for work in South Yorkshire? Driver Hire Sheffield may have the job for you! We are currently recruiting C1 drivers to support one of our clients during their busy peak season.
An induction will be required prior!
Commutable from: Sheffield, Doncaster, Rotherham, Barnsley & Chesterfield.
Pay: £13.50 Per Hour, PAYE, Paid Weekly
About the role
- This role involves home deliveries – DIY & Home improvement goods
- The start time will vary between 7AM or 11AM
- This is a two-man operation; you will always have a Drivers mate.
- MUST be able to manage your own load & lift heavy loads
- Driving in a professional manner whilst representing the company
- Deliveries can be carried out around the surrounding areas
- You’ll engage with different customers, so you can show off your high level of customer service skills and your positive attitude
Requirements
- Hold a C1 licence (MUST HAVE HELD LICENCE 2 YEARS)
- Hold up-to-date CPC & Tacho Card
- No more than 6 points on your licence (Insurance purposes)
- Must be honest, reliable & have a good work ethic
- Good communication skills
Whilst with Driver Hire Sheffield you will get
- Weekly pay
- Minimum 8hr shift guarantee
