Job Description
Driver Hire Reading are currently looking for a Driver's Mate to work with our client in Reading. Our client is the UK's leading home improvement and garden living retailer and they currently require a Driver's Mate to work with them on an ongoing basis.\\nThere is a 4 week rota, working 3 out of 4 weekends (both Saturday and Sunday). The role can start at either 7am or 11am and each shift will last 8 hours.\\nThe general duties of this role will involve assisting the experienced driver to make deliveries of a variety of goods to residential addresses in the South of England.\\nThe pay rates on offer are as follows:\\n * £13.69 per hour Basic\\n * £18.00 per hour Saturdays\\n * £20.00 per hour Sunday\\nThese rates are paid on a PAYE model, and are inclusive of advanced holiday pay.\\nThere is a minimum of 8 hours pay per shift.\\nSuccessful candidates will have the following:\\n * Attainable references in a loading/warehouse capacity.\\n * Appropriate PPE (safety shoes and hi-viz).\\nIf you are interested in this position, and feel that you meet the requirements, then apply ASAP
