HGV Class 2 Drivers – £13.50 per hour Days
6-7am Start times.
Start Date: Immediate or ASAP- ongoing regular work with great businesses
We are looking for 6 HGV Class 2 HGV drivers to start immediately or ASAP for various shifts across Preston and the close surrounding areas.
As a Class 2/HGV Driver we require you to have
A Class 2 /C driving License issued in the U.K.
A Valid CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
Less than 8 points on your licence
Responsibility to look after your vehicle.
Minimum 6 months experience is important.
HGV Class 2 Driver Duties include:
Trunking from depot to depot, some pick ups and collections and the delivery of goods to commercial warehouses and customers of the operator.
Daily walk round and Vehicle checks. Reporting existing damage and defects.
Correct use of Tachograph and drivers hours
The successful HGV Class 2 Drivers can expect:
Monday-Friday: £13.50 PAYE Per Hour
Weekend enhancements available
Weekly Pay, paid on time every time.
8hr minimum guaranteed pay per day
Subsidised ongoing CPC training.
