We are recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers for night trunking work to start immediately for clients based in Preston and surrounding areas. HGV Class 1 is also known as Cat C+E for those with more recent passes. These positions are ASAP, so you must be immediately available.
Qualifications
- UK issued Class 1 driving licence
- Valid CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
- Less than 8 points on your licence
- To be keen to look after your vehicle and be punctual and reliable
Responsibilities
- Trunking from depot to depot.
- Daily walk round and vehicle checks, reporting existing damage and defects.
- Correct use of tachograph and drivers hours.
