About the Role:
We are currently seeking 6 reliable HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our team on day shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established and growing company in the Preston area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving a Class 2 vehicle safely and efficiently
- Completing deliveries and/or collections
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods
- Performing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Maintaining high standards of customer service
- Keeping accurate records of deliveries and paperwork
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
- A good understanding of driver hours and WTD regulations
- 1 Year class 2 licence holding
- Strong work ethic and a professional attitude
- Good communication and time management skills
