7.5 Ton drivers needed to start immediately for our clients based in Preston & surrounding areas for a variety of interesting and varied work.

These are immediate start positions so please do not apply if you are not available immediately.

  • Professional 7.5 Ton Driver
  • A UK issued 7.5 Ton (C1) driving Licence
  • A valid CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
  • 6 points or less on your licence
  • To be keen to look after your vehicle and be punctual and reliable

7.5 Ton Driver responsibilities include

  • depot to depot deliveries, some pick ups and collections and the delivery of goods to commercial warehouses.
  • Daily walk round and Vehicle checks.
  • Reporting existing damage and defects.
  • Correct use of Tachograph and drivers hours.

The successful 7.5 Ton Drivers can expect

  • Monday-Friday: £14.57 - £17.57 PAYE Per Hour Adv.
  • Weekly Pay, paid on time every time.
  • 8hr minimum guaranteed pay per shift
  • Subsidised ongoing CPC training.
  • We can also arrange the upskilling of your licence to HGV Class 2 after a qualifying period.
  • We will treat you with the respect and consideration a professional driver deserves.

Permanent employed positions available after a period of temporary work.

These positions are commutable from Blackpool, Fleetwood, Garstang, Southport, Chorley, Leyland, Bamber Bridge and other areas nearby.

We have found other driving, logistics and warehouse professionals to be successful such as Class 1 or Class 2 or 7.5 Ton, 7.5T or Heavy Goods Driver and other commercial driving professions.
