Temporary Van Driver
Pay Rate: £12.25-15.95 per hour
Location: Portsmouth & surrounding areas
Start Date: Immediate
We are looking for van drivers with commercial driving experience to support our customer base in and around Portsmouth. You must have your own mode of transport to get to and from customers.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Previous driving experience is essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery van to transport goods to designated locations
- Handle low-level multidrop deliveries (5-15 deliveries)
- Lift moderate weights (up to 25kg) – there may be instances where there is more weight!
- Ensure timely and efficient deliveries while maintaining product integrity
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude
