Are you a reliable Class 2 Driver looking for consistent work? We're recruiting on behalf of our Portsmouth-based client for immediate, temporary (initially) agency work supporting a nationwide distributor of insulation and interior building products.

Requirements

  • Valid Category C (Class 2) driving licence
  • Up-to-date CPC and HGV commercial driving experience is essential
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
  • Strong commitment to health and safety procedures
  • Positive attitude with a reliable and professional approach
  • Willingness to undertake FREE MOFFETT forklift training if not already qualified

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely drive Class 2 HGV vehicles to deliver plasterboard and insulation products to customers
  • Operate a MOFFETT forklift to load and unload materials efficiently (training provided)
  • Complete multi-drop deliveries and return to branch for reloads as required
  • Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, securely, and on time
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships through professional service
  • Follow all transport, safety, and compliance procedures
