We are currently recruiting for a Drainage CCTV Operator to join an established environmental and drainage services company based in Plymouth. Working alongside a specialist team of drainage operatives, you will assist with day-to-day drainage operations, including the use of CCTV equipment to inspect drainage systems. This is a hands-on role in an outdoor environment and would suit someone with previous labouring, drainage, or gully cleaning experience who is looking to develop their skills within the drainage industry.
The Role
- Work as part of a specialist drainage crew, assisting with operational duties and CCTV inspections across a variety of sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting specialist drainage operatives with day-to-day tasks
- Operating CCTV equipment to inspect drainage systems
- Supporting gully cleaning and drainage operations
- Helping with the setup and use of equipment on site
- Recording and reporting findings from CCTV inspections
- Loading, unloading and moving equipment
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times
Requirements
- Valid CSCS card – essential
- Previous labouring experience preferred
- Experience within drainage, gully cleaning or environmental services advantageous
- Comfortable working outdoors and undertaking physical work
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Able to work effectively as part of a specialist team
- Good awareness of health & safety procedures
