Our international client requires Class 1 drivers / Cat C+E for their UK-France route. If you’re looking for consistent, ongoing work, this could be a great fit.
The Role:
- Route: Molesworth to St Omer, France
- Shift: Depart 3 PM - Return approx. 1 AM
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Pay: £183.00 per day (PAYE Adv, including holiday pay)
- Equipment: Left-hand drive vehicles - previous left hand driver experience is essential
Duties:
- Transport trailer to St Omer, pick up an empty or full trailer, and return
- Training provided
Requirements:
- Valid travel documents for border crossing - Eurail Priority access (Calais-Folkestone)
- Must hold a valid UK HGV 1 license with no more than 6 points.
- At least one year of Category C+E driving experience is preferred but not compulsory.
- Must hold valid Driver CPC and Digital tachograph cards.
- Must be reliable.
