Driver Hire Perth is looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a part-time, office based role of 20 hours per week, ideally suited to school hours. For the right candidate, there may be opportunities to increase to full time hours in the future. We offer excellent training and development, with genuine opportunities to build a long term career within recruitment.
The Role
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will provide essential office and administrative support to the recruitment team. This is a varied role that plays a key part in ensuring our recruitment processes run smoothly and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to emails
- Data entry and record management using our bespoke recruitment database and systems
- Completing candidate referencing, skills assessments and licence checks
- Composing and posting job adverts across job boards and social media platforms
- General office administration and support to the wider recruitment team
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident and professional when communicating by phone and email
- Comfortable using IT systems and learning new software
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment
- A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Previous administration or recruitment experience would be an advantage, but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
