Are you a Class 2 Driver looking for full time work in Perth? Driver Hire Perth are recruiting for a Class 2 HGV Driver to work with our long standing customer on a full time, permanent basis. You will work your first 12 weeks as an agency driver, and on completion, there is a permanent contract on offer.
This is a multi drop role, where you will make deliveries and collections across the region. You will be expected to load and unload your vehicle as you work around your route, so expect to be handballing each day.
The Class 2 HGV Driver will need:
- Category C entitlement on your UK driving licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- No major endorsements (including DD, DR, or CD)
The Class 2 HGV Driver can expect:
- 40 hours per week, working 5 days over 7
- Hourly pay of £14.49 per hour PAYE (£16.24 per hour including holiday pay)
- An immediate start, with permanent opportunity for the successful candidate
