Pay: Β£16.00 per hour
Our client in Abingdon is looking for a professional HGV Class 2 Dray Driver to join their established distribution team. This role offers the opportunity to represent a respected business within the hospitality sector, delivering a first-class service with commitment and reliability.
As part of an expanding team, you will be responsible for multi-drop deliveries of kegs and cases to licensed premises along pre-planned routes. The role requires a good level of physical fitness and excellent communication skills to maintain strong relationships with customers.
Driver Requirements- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Digi card and CPC card
- No more than 6 penalty points (no DDs or DRs)
- Previous dray or multi-drop delivery experience preferred but not essential
- Physically fit and confident with manual handling duties
Full health and safety training will be provided, along with two weeks of paid on-the-job training.
Job Details- Monday to Friday
- 05:00β14:00 (minimum 8-hour day)
- Full-time permanent position (temp to perm)
- Β£39,000 per annum
- Agency Pay Rate: Β£16.00 per hour PAYE
- Local Government Pension Scheme
- 28 days holiday plus bank holidays

- Uniform provided
- Salaried β paid every 4 weeks
This role is commutable from Didcot, Oxford, Thame, Newbury and surrounding areas.
